The Jacaranda City Challenge will be hosted in "The Moot" with its many running friendly,
Jacaranda lined streets and Hoerskool Oos-Moot, as the new venue.
The race itself has evolved into an incredible show of courage and determination, celebrating the
city and all its inner charm, culture and spirit. Least we forget the beautiful blooming Jacaranda
trees, prevalent at this time of year, which dot the cityscape and shade the runners as they tick
off each kilometre. The 42km distance is a Comrades and Two Oceans Marathon qualifier.
Making
it the only Comrades and Two Oceans Marathon qualifier in Gauteng North in the second half of the year.
Agapé will be hosting the following events on the day:
- 5km Fun Run
- 10km
- 21.1km Half-Marathon
- 42.2km Marathon
